As someone who struggles with her immune system on a day-to-day basis, I really enjoyed taking these gummies as part of my daily vitamin intake routine in the morning.

Love the fact that its vegan and made me feel powered through my mornings!

Would recommend it if you want to add something to your immune system routine.

Sambucol

While they seemed a great product and probably is, I did not enjoy the taste. As far as effectiveness you can not tell with a couple days supply, my label did not specify cold and flu relief. I won’t post the review because it is not a real positive one

Great potential

I really enjoyed the elderberry flavour and thought it showed great potential. I only had a sample pack of 6 total, so I am not sure of how much “immunity” it provides without using it long term. I was happy with the ingredients and would definitely see myself buying this product to test the long term use. Overall, I was happy with trying this product. I only gave it 4 stars due to the long term use I was not able to review currently.

Not worth it

I did not find that this product improved my immunity against colds or flu. I found the texture to be gritty and the flavour was off putting. I've had much better "immunity" gummies from other brands.

Sambucol black elderberry immunity cold &flu

Sambucol black elderberry Immunity cold & flu relief remedy seems like a great product, can't really tell if it works but when my son and I both took one we didn't get sick then, haha. Hard to test out a gummies efficiency with only 4 of them. So guessing we are more rating the taste and texture. Taste was quite strong but no thing bad, guessing it was an elderberry flavour but I don't know how that tastes. I'd say their taste is in the middle tasting of gummies, tipping more to the good side.

Yuck

The taste is horrible. Not the elderberry that I know. Maybe if it wasn't chewable it would be better. Funny thing is I got sick 2 days after taking for 2 days. It didn't dull the cold.

Tastes great

Tastes great and is great for you're health. I would recommend it to those who can afford it but they should have more flavors hopefully in the future.

Great tasting

I really enjoyed the flavor of these candies. It was a nice change from the usual menthol flavored cough and cold candies. I didn't care too much for the texture of the gummies but my son loved them. The gummies were a nice change from hard candies.
