The samples I received didn’t really give me a great idea on how effective these are however they were really great tasting. Easy to chew and it would def be something I’d by if after usage you saw the benefits. I love how it has vitamin c and zinc added.

I received these at the perfect time as I started to feel under the weather, started taking these and by the next day I felt a million times better and my sore throat disappeared! These little dark purple guys are chewable and I enjoyed the taste of them. To some, they may find them a little bitter as they only contain 1g of sugar per gummy. I really enjoyed that they did not stick to my teeth while chewing them.
