Decent daily supplement for overall health.

I received 2 sample packets of of Sambucol black elderberry gummies in exchange for my honest review. These vitamins claim to improve immune support and contain 50% of the recommended daily vitamin C intake and zinc, which are 2 supplements commonly contained in cold and flu supplements. I believe taking these types of supplements daily during the typical cold and flu seasons is much better than only taking them when sick. They claim to reduce the length of a cold, however, I cannot comment on that as I was not sick at the time of taking. I do appreciate that these supplements do not contain any gluten, dairy, soy, wheat, nuts and are vegan friendly! This allows individuals with common allergies or dietary restrictions have more options. Taste wise, I like it. The blueberry taste is potent and the texture of the gummy is good. I think kids would like taking these. The only thing is the bottle of 30 dummies is about $16.50, and considering the directions say take 1-2 tummies a day, i think the price may dismay people from purchasing it as there are cheaper options on the shelf. Overall, I do recommend it and would consider taking them regularly myself.

Tastes great and actually works!!

As soon as I felt a cold coming on from my kids, I took the Black Elderberry Immunity + Cold and Flu Relief Gummies and it stopped the virus in its tracks! I didn’t get fully sick, just a little sniffle. I’m so grateful that I this worked and I didn’t get super sick like I usually do. And the gummies tasted great as well!

Everyday booster

The flavour is quite nice. However, the texture was a little crumbly but not sure if that's just because of it being a vegan product.
It dissolves quickly and makes for easy taking.

Tasty & Effective

I really liked these gummies, they taste good and so far so good on being effective as I have not gotten sick. I started taking them when my daughter was fighting a cold and managed to avoid getting it myself. I do find the texture a bit grainy compared to other gummies but overall not a bit deal.

Boosting for no germs!
