Love black elderberry!

Black Elderberry Immunity + Cold and Flu Relief Gummies will be a fall and winter staple in our household, at least for the adults. The kids currently take the Sambucol kids version of these, and although these ones are marketed for the whole family, they were unfortunately too bitter for them, that's the only reason I'm giving them 4 stars. I enjoy the fact that they aren't as sweet as the kids version. I'd recommend to still try for the whole family and go from there.

Tastes like blackberry

Overall, I love the flavour of the gummy. It does not taste artificial or too overly sweet. However, I can’t be sure of the effectiveness of the dietary supplements just yet.

Easy way to take Elderberry

These gummies make it easy to take elderberry for immunity support. My children and I like the taste and it would take some time to see if they are effective for cold and flu relief. The gummies were all stuck together in the package

Unsure if it actually does anything

I received a sample of the Black Elderberry Immunity + Cold and Flu Relief Gummies and I am not sure if they actually do anything. As the sample was only 4 pieces it is difficult to say if the would be effective long term. But based on the days that I did try them I found that there was no difference between taking them or not. As well I found the texture to not be very gummy like and to be very sticky where it would get stuck in my teeth and I found that the flavour was not very pleasant and tasted like dirt. Having tried other immunity boosting products, I would not purchase these over other products I have tried.

Overall seems like a good product

However, the sample size was 4 gummies, so I am not able to verify how effective the product is. I may buy a regular size of the product to find out its effectiveness when used longer term.

Great immune support!

This product seems to really help with immune systems. I took two when I started feeling a cold coming on and felt great the next day. Good for maintenance of immune function too!

A Delicious way to keep healthy!

My family and I have not been sick in 2023! We have been taking supplements all year and having to take many different supplements can be exhausting. I cannot believe a single and delicious gummy can have all the supplements I take everyday! Now I only need to take my gummies daily! Plus they are so delicious it is seriously like eating candy! My toddler is thrilled!
