A perfect support during cold season

Cold season is upon us. I got to try this and it came during the perfect time since I have a cold! Flavour was the hardest to got through however it really helped while I coached soccer to a bunch of kids during lovely fall Muskoka weather.

Sweet and Healthy

I love when something is both delicious and good for me! Sambucol’s Black Elderberry Drink Powder contains, as its name suggests, elderberry. Elderberries are a healthy plant that are packed with antioxidants and vitamins that could potentially boost your immune system and relieve stress. The drink powder also contains Vitamin C, which is important to your health. It’s known to help maintain bones and muscles as well as support a healthy immune system. These two ingredients put together really make me feel like I’m fighting off any cold that tries to come my way! Taste-wise, it reminds me of strawberry punch; it’s super sweet and refreshing. I also like that the ingredient list is short and to-the-point. I just toss the packet mix into a glass of water and it dissolves super quickly, allowing me to hydrate fast. I’m giving it 4/5 stars because I do think a gummy or pill vitamin form is a more convenient option if you’re looking to add some extra vitamin C or elderberries to your system, however, this is a great option for when you’re craving something sweet to drink with the bonus of immune system support!

Great vitamin C!

My family loved this vitamin C. It’s the perfect boost for the cold weather, especially in Alberta. My kids would drink it as well. I highly recommend this to my family.

Great taste

I used 6 ounces of water in a bottle. Tasted great
It was difficult to use the packet in the water bottle. Would love to see packaging change and possibly change to a stick format.This was a sample sent to me in exchange for an honest review . I feel the ingredients are not the greatest nor do I know the price per serving. That would be the deciding factor should I choose to purchase.

Tasty Drink!

I initially mixed this per package directions with 8 oz of water but found it way too sickly sweet. The flavour was good otherwise. I added water to mix it with 24 oz total and added ice and it was delicious!! Still great flavour but not so sweet. Like that it's loaded with Vitamin C. Would love if they didn't use sucralose.

Tasty

Very tasty and nice pink colour. Powder was very easily mixed into a glass of water with no issues. A little to sweet for me but overall was really good.

Tastes great

I received this sample right at the right time because I had a bit of a stuffed nose the day I got my package. I drank one right away and then other one the next day. It did have a great berry flavour but I did not really notice too many of my symptoms going away. I guess it is more of a preventative supplement not a cure!

Love the taste!

Received a sample of the drink powder from butterly and I really love the taste especially when it was mixed with warm water. It was easily dissolved in both cold and warm water. I wish I had received more of the sample to see if I could see if there was a difference in my immunity especially being an educator working with younger students.

Worth a try

Easy to take and a pleasant flavour . I am not sure how effective this is after only two days but it is worth a try in cold and flu season. Prevention is so important
