Yummy!

I wasn't sure I'd like it, I've never tasted black elderberry before but its actually really good. A bit tangy/sour but I don't mind the taste at all.

Fast acting and great tasting

This elderberry immunity drink dissolves quickly in your water. It tastes great and is fast acting. We love taking is it when we are feeling under the weather to help us get over our cold and start feeling better. I highly recommend this product.

Received this Sambucol daily immune drink powder in black elderberry flavour for free from Butterly. Com for honest reviews.

I mixed the powder with 8ozs of water, and my first mistake was putting it in a glass to stir instead of something I could shake as it did clump a bit but not enough to truly complain about, just wrong time of morning to be clinking a spoon in a glass.
The taste isn't strong and I wouldn't say great tasting as they advertise, but for a daily immune drink, the flavour is just fine.
I'm unable to truly review the effectiveness of this product with only two samples, but if you're one to try anything to boost your immune system, at least I can tell you it won't taste like medicine, it's a pleasant flavour, and it has a slight fruity smell. If you want a stronger tasting drink, I'd suggest adding less water with the powder.

It works!

This couldn't have come at a better time! I had been getting those early symptoms that you just know is signs a cold is coming. Fatigue, dry mouth, and that tiny little tickle at the back of your throat. Normally I would make this disgusting concoction of plants/herbs that burns my esophagus, in hopes I can catch the cold before it gets worse.

I honestly tried this powdered drink with no hope it would actually work. Within a day all my symptoms were gone and I had actually at one point forgot I was getting sick. It took my boyfriend to ask "how are you feeling?" For me to remember I was starting to get unwell. I don't know how it worked so well without making me feel drowsy and actually tasting good, but wow was I thankful for these. I'm VERY skeptical when it comes to medication like this because I always think it only works if it's nasty. Ha! What a wake up call for me! Definitely recommend!

Great tasting

I was selected from @thisisbutterly & @sambucolcanada to try the packets of Sambucol Black Elderberry powder for free for my honest review.
l used one packet in 250 ml of room temperature water and the powder dissolved fairly quickly. But you can mix this in whatever drink of your choosing. I chose water because I wanted to taste the flavour of the powder.
It tasted like fruit juice.
The packets are a one dose size so no measuring required. One packet is jam packed with 500 milligrams of vitamin C and 164 milligrams of black elderberry extract, great to boost your immune system.
These packets contain no artificial colours and flavours, and are dairy and gluten free.

Sambucol cold and flu relief

Butterly sent me this free sample in exchange for my honest review. I was looking forward to trying this as I’ve seen it in stores. We placed the mix in a glass of cool water. It mixed well. I checked out the amount of vitamin C and it’s comparable to my supplement. The taste was great! No aftertaste. It’s a product I would consider during flu season.
