I've had my Samsung galaxy s3 for about 3 years now. I can tell it's time to upgrade because I need to put in on the charger mid day now. Besides that my phone has worked so well that I'm sad to have to trade it in :( Camera is not the highest quality but I have a professional camera so that's no really an issue for me.
I used this phone for a couple of years and recently handed it down to my son. The battery life could use some work as it doesn't hold a change as long as other phones. I find that sometimes the apps crash. Otherwise it was a solid phone, good camera which is nice. Probably wouldn't purchase again.
I had this for 6 months before I dropped it from waist height onto my driveway and the screen cracked. I got this phone when it first came out (3 years ago) and back then, I guess it was a nice phone. Looking back, it was not the best looking and the screen was quite small!
This phone is very good. I have it for awhile and didn't have problems except for freezing sometimes!
I have had my S3 now for almost 2 years. I loved this phone so much and never thought about getting a new one. It had enough features and functionality that didn't require me to want anything more. However i fell into that small percentage where the charger craps out on you. The phone just stopped reading chargers or connecting. I thought it was the battery but it wasn't. The two were not coresponding with one another. My battery wouldn't charge or if it would then it wouldn't stay. I had to say goodbye to my S3.
Samsung if you just made eliminated the charging issues your phones and tablets have i would love your devices forever.
I have to say I LOVE THIS PHONE...I had an old Nokia then the Samsung Ace, so I upgraded to the Samsung 3. It is much bigger than the Ace, MUCH FASTER...and a bit more user friendly. I only use my phone for emergencies and to go on FB if I am bored so I didn't need an elaborate phone. To my surprise, this phone is more than just a basic model. It suits all my needs so I know I will keep this one for some time to come. I purchased it at the Source where they were so helpful and kind, friendly and provided great customer service. I am on the Virgin network. They are a great provider and very willing to help you if you have any problems.Again, great customer service.
I love it however, it does have issues. The power on/off breaks after two years of use. Hopefully the next Samsung device I choose will not have the same issue.
