Originally touted as a rival to the iPhone, the item barely lives up to it.

The screen is far too small, far too sensitive and hard to navigate compared to its apple counterpart.
There are known issues with it in the US that have been patched and CDN customers have yet to see firmware upgrades. This means I am seeing text messages arrive with the wrong contacts attached to them causing confusion and embarrassment.

The device constantly freezes with only a hard reset (taking the battery out) reviving it but even that proves to be a difficult task as the cover is impossible to take off.

Definitely choose another item.
