Avoid all Samsung kitchen appliances
Purchased a Samsung French Door fridge, Samsung Induction Range & Samsung microwave a little over a year ago. They were not inexpensive, but I thought I was paying for quality. None of the appliances work properly. We've had the fridge serviced four times (at our expense) for issues that Samsung is aware are problems. We've had the oven fixed and it still doesn't keep a consistent temperature. Worst customer service I've ever experienced from a company. I think they hope that customers will just get fed up and give up, and in this case that's what happened. Never again will I set myself up for this frustration - there are many other companies out there that care about their customers, so I'd rather give them my business!
