After using this camera for years, if I could go back and buy a camera again, it wouldn't buy it again. By no means is it a horrible camera, but i've never been completely happy.

I have the pancake lense and it's default lense. The pancake lense seems better for filming, but it cannot zoom. The pancake lense also gives a slight fish eye effect and zooms in more than the default lense.

Regardless of the lense, the camera can take good pictures. Filming? Forget it. It's not goof for filming. The lighting shifts like crazy and just looks blurry on the computer and youtube. I can get sometimes over 15 minutes of straight filming.

This is a good beginner camera. It has manual so that's good to play around with.
