While I love the features of this oven, I had to call Samsung immediately on installing it because the oven wouldn't light. Samsung has the WORST customer service of any company I've ever dealt with. Six hours on the phone and they finally agreed to send someone out to look at the problem. He took 3 weeks to come out, all he needed was the serial number and had to order a new part that will take another 3 weeks to arrive. Very unhappy with customer service.
