Taste and quality is perfect. Shreds easily without crumbling and the brick shape makes it easy for slicing as well.

This cheese is one of the cheapest cheeses to buy at Walmart and it is delicious. It is chewy and yummy and I buy it all the time. I would definitely recommend this cheese. Yummy goodness!!

I agree this mozzarella cheese is really good.It is always on sale for such a good price at No Frills after trying it once its the cheese I always get.It is perfect for homemade lasagna,pizza and pasta dishes etc.The cheese is so creamy and stretchy and browns perfectly on anything you bake.Saputo has been around a long time and they have a wide range of authentic Italian cheese maker products that are made here in Canada.

This Mozzarella is also much lower in calories then other cheese,it also comes in a light version however I have not tried that one so I cant offer a opinion on it.After trying this cheese most other cheese tastes so bland to me.It really is the perfecto cheese if your making homemade pizza it will always get you praise from guests.

My sister in-law told me about Saputo Mozzarellissima cheese because she knew how much we enjoyed making home made pizza’s. Saputo Mozzarellissima cheese is specially made for topping pizza. It has a buttery flavour that melts beautifully and has that great mozzarella cheese stretch that you see on Pizza commercials. I never could get that great stretch with other mozzarella cheese when I made my pizza’s, but with the Saputo Mozzarellissima cheese its gives me that great stretch every time. It’s a much better mozzarella cheese then any other that I’ve tried, but it does cost a bit more. I’ve paid as much as $8.99 for a 500g bar, but I use the whole bar on one big pizza. For the great taste and stretch it gives my home made pizza’s I find it to be worth the extra money and haven’t gone back to other mozzarella cheese to top my pizza’s since I first tried it. I prefer to shred my own cheese so I buy mine in a block, but it’s available in both regular and light varieties and is offered in blocks of different sizes and also shreds and slices. If your going to make a home made pizza, lasagne, or anything that calls for mozzarella cheese why not give Saputo Mozzarellissima cheese a try instead of your regular mozzarella cheese. I’m sure once you’ve tried it on a pizza you’ll never want to use another mozzarella cheese again. I know I sure won’t be using any thing other then Saputo Mozzarellissima cheese on any of my pizza’s from now on.
