Sooo good

This cheese is THE REAL DEAL unless you are shredding your own block.Parmesan petals are to die for.

You'll want to munch on them but they are amazing on salads, pasta, pizza, anything! That shake on dry stuff is never going to come back into your life after you've tried this.

I buy these (note more than 1) at Costco for the best value, but they sell smaller sized ones at many chain grocery stores too.

J'ai adoré ce produit sur une salade de roquette sur des pâtes et même je l'ai mis dans une poitrine de poulet farcie avec des asperges c'était absolument divin les pétales sont de bonne grosseur le goût est absolument parfait parfait au point où j'en mettrai partout un peu dispendieux mais bon on l'utilise judicieusement et on oublie pas la salade César

This is a pricey product for the quantity you get. It does taste good and it is better than the Parmesan dust in those bigger containers. This is more of a guilty pleasure.

I think I have been spoiled by restaurants serving items with Shaved or Petals of Cheese over the years as it's used in more dishes. Now grated no longer does it. I finally decided to buy some in Petal or Shredded form for use myself in salads, pastas etc. I tried a store brand that was good. I happened on a sale of Saputo's Asiago Petals and gave them a try. Awesome! Next I tried Parmesan. Equally awesome! Nice big pieces, not thin and wilty .Real shavings, not dry, dust passed off as shavings. They taste great and can't help but enjoy savouring them when I use them. The texture is always perfect. They don't over power, they add or compliment. I just love this stuff! Perfect on things such as a Caesar Salad, or pasta etc. Great taste & quality. Very happy with these products. Highly recommend
