This is my best bet in summers.our family goes outdoors a lot of times and bugs bite are something that can’t be avoided .these patches come in handy and soothes the itchiness.this has come as saviour for my toddler son who gets the most mosquito bites.Its a must have in my bag.

Great for Bug Bites!

The Sarna Bug Bite Patches are useful for the summer when you are outside. I am prone to getting mosquito bites since I go on hikes often. I would put this patch on the bug bite and it will reduce the itchiness due to skin-smoothing ingredients. There is also a less likelihood for me to scratch and pick on my bug bite. Therefore, preventing the bug bite from getting bigger and inflamed.

These products came just in time as we were back from our trip with tons of mosquito bites and black fly bites. These patches helped heal our bites and reduced inflammation and itchiness. Would absolutely buy these and recommend them 100 %

Great for the kids

I'm so happy these are safe for the kids. It really does help prevent them from scratching and itching their bites. It avoids my littles from scaring. It soothes any itchiness

Pretty Good protection

Quite impressed with this one, I must say. I purposely went to an area where these patches were a necessity and although different insects approached me I could see them turn away.

Caused it to heal fast but…

It was great to get to try this for free and would buy it again for its healing purposes but I didn’t find that it helped much with the itch . If could be that the itching I felt was from the actual thing it’s self

This is such a smart concept. Following in the footsteps of the pimple patch, these bug patches speed up healing and most importantly, prevent you from scratching a bite. The patches are decently sized for covering bug bites and they are available for a great price. I will be using these all summer long!

Sarna Bug Bite Patches

I was given a free package of Sarna Bug Bite Patches. I was exited to try them as I have very sensitive skin to mosquito bites and generally end up with scarring due to itching. I recently moved to the country and we have a swamp on our property so the bugs are very bad. It didn’t take long for me to get bitten after these arrived in the mail, courtesy of Butterly. I itched it quite a bit and my skin got very swollen and inflamed. I put on one of the Sarna patches, and within approximately half an hour, the swelling was completely gone and the redness had pretty much disappeared. I was left with a pinprick sized spot on my hand. I kept the patch on for around a full day. When I took it off, the bite did not bother me anymore. The itch was gone.
One positive about them is that they are clear and matte, so unless you inspect closely, it is hard to even notice that it is there. Very discreet.
The one downside: if you were it into the shower, it’s starts dissolving into a gloopy mess.
All in all, if I saw these in Walmart, I would most likely purchase them and keep them around for when I have another really bad reaction.

Better Than Bite Creams

The Sarna Bug Bite Patches worked even better than I had hoped for! I was bitten a few times by mosquitoes while I was walking my dogs at a nearby creek. The bites were already getting really itchy as I walked home. As soon as I got home I covered each one with one of the bite patches. After a couple minutes the itching went away completely and didn't come back.

I wore the patches overnight and they stayed on after showering which was pretty impressing. I will keep them on as long as they stay there and I'm confident the bite will heal even faster by not scratching it at all.

My only complaint is that the edge folds over under itself slightly when being removed from the backing so the patch isn't entirely flush with my skin. For the most part the patches are very discreet to wear, but with the little fold it makes them a bit more noticeable. However, it's such a small issue and doesn't warrant removing a star because the product still works as intended.
