We are in full bug season here. Our twice-weekly soccer games leave us covered in mosquito and black fly bites.

I really liked this product. On the other hand, I found that the instructions were not really clear. It was difficult to know if this patch is to prevent insect bites... or to relieve insect bites... But otherwise, in general, it works well.

They stick well, hardly noticeable, and take the itch and desire to pick away!
I used them recently for some nasty black fly bites and in two days they were almost completely healed up and gone!

SOS for mosquito bites!

It's the peak of mosquito season up north here and I'm a magnet for mosquitoes and black flies, so this was the perfect opportunity to test these bug bite patches out! It's easy to use. You just peel it off the plastic and apply it onto your bite. The patches are about the size between a nickel and a quarter and would be big enough for most people, but I found them to be on the small side as my bites tend to swell up extremely big, so the patch wasn't able to fully cover my bites. To compensate, I stuck 2 patches side by side. The patches are quite thin compared to pimple patches, and you almost forget you have it on. The staying power is amazing as none of my patches came off, even when used under clothes. The patches soothe bug bites with aloe, witch hazel, and camomile. I prefer these natural ingredients over bug sprays that have chemicals in them and it's a bonus that these patches are latex free. I found the patches were only effective at relieving the itch while I had them on, and the effects wore off once I peeled the patch off. Overall, I would rate these bug bite patches a 5/5 and would consider purchasing these as they're readily available on Amazon and I've already used up all my sample ones in the span of a couple days!

Great Safe and Easy Relief for bug bites

I've always had bad reactions to bug bites, from itchiness and swelling to even blister formation. It's my first time using hydrocolloid patches for this sort of use and I was curious to see how effective it was.

The adhesive was very gentle on the skin and after application, I forgot it was even there! I normally have large red blotchy areas surrounding my bug bites but this time it seems to be contained by the patch. And with the smooth surface that the patch creates, the blister that formed stays protected and does not get irritated by clothing or other things brushing up against it. The patch stays on for well over 24hrs with no indication that it will fall off anytime soon. It's a great safe and effective remedy that's light and easy to carry on camping trips. I'll definitely bring it with me on my next outdoor adventure!

Keeps Hands Off Itchy Bites

I really appreciate that I got to try these bug bite patches out for free and they really came in handy when I found myself with an ugly bite from an ant or spider that was unbelievably itchy. These are almost like extra large pimple patches with the same idea of keeping you from scratching and picking. I can usually get away with not scratching a bite throughout the day but tend to do some damage to an itchy bite while I sleep and these patches helped to keep me from doing that. These definitely helped keep the itchiness to a minimum and I found that it actually helped keep the swelling that I can get from bites to minimum too. It's not a complete cure all for itchy bites but it helped mostly with keeping me from unconsciously scratching my bite into irritation and broken skin.

I was excited to try these patches as I live in the country and the mosquitoes are pretty bad here.

This year feels like summer has made it’s way early, inviting all mosquitoes quite early. Got this free sarna bug bite patch and it’s so effective!!
