This is my go-to seasoning when making rice and other dishes like chicken, and even when I make potatoes boiled and smothered with butter. Because of the saffron, it adds a slight yellow coloring to the food, and makes it taste so nice. I always make sure that my house is stocked with a good amount of it so I don't run out. I even give friends packets to take home with them sometimes for them to try out and they end up asking me where to buy it cause they end up loving it after one try. It is a definate must have. This too has other flavors, but I find this one to be my favorite.
