Probably the one offering that milk chocolate lovers can recognize and appreciate, as it is the only one with milk added to it. There is a creaminess and sweetness to it that accentuates the caramel undertones. Good flavour with smooth melt. It is a good start when trying out this brand to see if it is worth it - but the flavour and composition are quite different from the other percentages that they have on offer. As an artisan chocolate, this is pricy stuff.
