Lovely lavender scent

I love that this deoderant smells just like lavender essential oil which is one of my favorite oils. The only thing I don't like is the texture. It has a rough gritty texture that isnt entirely comfortable to apply. Once on it is comfortable to wear and it lasts the day for me.

Lavender and Sage Deodorant

This deodorant did not leave any residue. It makes me smell fresh and clean. I like the smell of it! It is very convenient and super easy to use! I'm glad that it is natural and that it does not contain parabens, which is a plus. It is very effective and prevents body odor. Excellent effective deoderant!

I was excited to be chosen by ChickAdvisor to try Schmidt Naturals all natural deodorant. I was selected to try the lavender and sage scent. At first, the scent is quite overwhelming. I like the scent, but I felt like that was all I could smell the first time I applied the deodorant. After wearing if for over 2 weeks, I not longer find the scent overwhelming, rather refreshing. I have been wearing the deodorant daily, sometimes reapplying before I go for a workout. I have been doing aerobic and kickboxing classes and I find the the deodorant is working effectively. I don't notice a body odor smell more than I would with another deodorant. I love that this product is all natural, and that I'm not putting unnecessary chemicals to my skin. I would definitely purchase this product in store.

Love the scent!!

I usually use either a gel deodorant or the spray type because I like how it doesn't leave a residue like the regular ones. This deodorant didn't leave any residue. The scent is very strong and it smells very good. Once I open the package I already smelled the lavender. This is a natural deodorant so I know it is load with all natural essential oils, plant entrants and just the good stuff. I still prefer a gel texture but this was decent too. I liked it.

Not long lasting

Product smells good and has good texture. However, it does not last long. I needed to apply it after 4 hours. But it a good natural product does not leave residue.

Not bad

It's good. I still prefer a gel deodorant but the fact that's it's natural and smells good is very good. I would love if they can have it in gel forme.

No residue, but weird texture

I was quite pleased with the actual results from using this product. It kept me dry, was long lasting and left me smelling fresh. A huge bonus was that it left absolutely NO residue which is amazing! I wear black dresses at work and it was perfect for that. The one downside is it leaves a weird strange texture as it is not creamy, the product feels very gritty after application, almost like there's beads of sand. Of course this can't be felt, but when I was washing it off it was quite strange.

Lovely Scent

I am a big fan of natural deodorants and only use them to begin with so I was very excited to get to try this on behalf of the Product Review Club. The scent is lovely and not overpowering, it lasts all day long. The only downfall (which happens with most natural deodorants) is that your underarms will get wet from sweat, but I will keep using this and be purchasing it for sure!

I loved the smell

I was impressed at the start it covered well it smelled great and it seemed to last through it the day.
it lasted through stresi days and it lasted through house cleaning days and it lasted through regular uneventful days.
I definitely like the fact that it's an all natural deodorant and aluminum-free.
I do recommend this! I only had one drawback which was the amount of product that comes off when you swipe under your arms I eventually managed to control it.

I have been wanting to try a more natural deodorant for a while. I had tried, years ago, the Lush one and wasn't as pleased as I thought I would be. After that, I always hesitated because I never knew anyone who had tried them and could give me their honest opinion about it. Since they are on the pricier side of the spectrum compared to your usual popular brand of antiperspirant, I always postponed buying one.

Chickadvisor gave me the opportunity to try this Schmidt's Lavender and sage natural deodorant. First of all, it does not contain aluminium and other nasty chemicals (which, what I understand, prevents toxins from being expelled and clogs up your lymph nodes and might cause health damage). The product is vegan and cruelty free. Also, I feel like it lasts longer. 1 or 2 swipe on my armpits lasts ALL DAY. It's compact in the tube, no lost product! I'm curious to see how long I will be able to go on with one stick. I'm going to be honest, the price scared me a little. It's easily twice the price compared to popular brands. But I also compared tube sizes and even if the look the same, my popular brand antiperspirant contains 48 g and Schmidts contains 75 g. So yes pricier, but contains more product?

Scent wise, I really love the one I got! It's delicate and soothing! Some people find the texture to be rough, but I'm okay with it. It's not harsh on my skin and funny enough, the rougher texture compared to the more creamy ones makes me feel like I'm wasting less product when applying!

I will continue to note my thoughts on it until it's over and I'll see if it's worth the 8-9$ price. So far, I'm utterly completely impressed with the product.
