Nice subtle scent.

I received the Schmidt's Rose + Black Pepper Natural Deodorant for free for my honest review. I was excited to try the Schmidt's Rose + Black Pepper Natural Deodorant as I’ve tried the vanilla rose scent before and really liked it. This one didn’t disappoint. The rose and pepper scent was subtle. The pepper counter balanced the rose smell so it wasn’t overpowering. The deodorant worked quite well, my only complaint is that it did leave a bit of a white residue.

Un déodorant non irritant !

Je l'ai beaucoup aimé, il sent bon, il dure longtemps et n'est pas du tout irritant pour les aisselles. Son seul défaut est qu'il n'est pas fait au Québec, mais les chances que je le rachète sont tout de même grandes, car je l'adore. L'odeur est délicate, mais il reste efficace lors de mes entrainement de course, ce qui compte pour beaucoup.

Works amazingly but...

unfortunately, I cannot get past the smell! It's just too strong for me : ( I much prefer the charcoal and magnesium one! But that being said, one of the best natural deodorants I've ever tried....!

Great natural deodorant

I received Schmidt’s Rose and Black Pepper natural deodorant from Chick Advisor to try. It goes on very smoothly because of the hemp seed oil. It has a nice floral, rose scent but it is not overpowering. I cannot really smell the black pepper. I like that it is aluminum free and cruelty free.

Smells interesting

Has an interesting scent that I wouldn't be able to come up with on my own, but definitely resembling a home-made concoction. Super natural as the main scent is are ingredients you can find in your backyard and household!

Great deodorant but I preferred the other scents

This natural deodorant works very well and it’s a wonderful brand. It keeps me smelling fresh.
The scent is strong of rose, but a fresh and natural rose scent (not like a fake smelling perfume) with a slight spiciness that comes from the pepper. It’s a very feminine scent, which is nice, but not what I usually wear. I prefer a less floral scent so I preferred the charcoal & magnesium. But you can’t go wrong with one of the scents from Schmidt’s!

Love the scent!

Feel so fresh using this! I love the rose scent, it's really subtle when putting it on and nice to smell. The black pepper gives an extra tinge which is nice. It really works, it keeps me sweat free all day. I love how it is natural as well, better and healthier for my skin!

Great smell

I love that the texture is like a regular deodorant. I like the smell, it's perfume-y but not too strong.

Great for Sensitive Skin

I like how light the scent is and how it is natural based. It has no aluminum salts or artificial fragrance. They also don't use baking soda which could irritate the skin. It is not sticky and easy to apply to the underarm. It is also long lasting and gets the job done. However, I am a little disappointed that the fragrance is more blackpeppery then rose. Like I can't really can't smell the rose scent at all. I would recommend this product to both men and woman that like the smell of blackpepper and or have sensitive skin. Not loving the scent

The product itself worked great. The first time I tried it was right before a long, vigorous hike and the Schmidt's rose + black pepper deodorant kept me smelling great. I'm not in love with the rose + black pepper scent though - the rose part is lovely but I found the black pepper scent to be kind of incongruous with a deodorant. Other than the scent, it performed really well.
