A nice mild tasting sausage that can be served fried for breakfast, nuked for lunch or be a meat in a casserole, A little costly but worth the quality and taste.

I am gluten intolerant and can't handle most store bought sausages because the use wheat as a binder. These taste delicious and don't upset my stomach at all! I buy them when they are on sale and stock up, because the price is a bit higher than comparable sausages.
