A bit sticky to touch

I got this product free to try. At first I thought this might be an interesting product as I wanted to cover up my roots. I have black hair and have dyed it medium brown so I thought it could cover up the roots where my natural hair color has grown back out. However, I find that the texture of the mascara is a bit clumpy and my roots feel a bit sticky even after it drying for a long time. I think it would definitely make more sense to cover up small strands of white or grey hair, but should not be used excessively otherwise it gets a bit clumpy. The color was good and matched my hair color. For $15.99, the value seems just alright since this is not a permanent hair dye. You could probably purchase a packet of hair dye for the same price or less and would have more permanent effect. I probably would not recommend it to friends unless they want a quick and easy way of doing a touch up for their white or grey hair.

Worth it if you have one grey hair

Hair mascara reminds me of being a kid and swiping neon colours across my locks on Halloween, so I was excited to try this product on my sad grey hairs that poke out when I am in between dye jobs. However, this product did not fulfill my expectations. I have several grey hairs - I would say between 3-5 sections across my part that have at least a couple hairs in each. To cover them all, I had to apply this over and over again, and by the end, it seemed greasy and not very natural looking. I typically use the Schwarzkopf spray coverup and that one takes me two seconds to quickly spray over my hair and I'm done. So I'll be sticking with the quicker, less sticky option.

great product and does what it says

I got this product free from chick advisor to review and while I don't have a ton of grey to cover my mom does. As soon as I got the package I tried it on myself and then mymom's greys as well. It works great! it has a nice natural finish as long as you follow the instructions. toomuch and it leaves it clumpy and gross so a little goes a long way here. Also works in pinch to fill in eyebrows. lol

Really useful when grey starts to show

I only have a few grey hairs on the front and some in the crown of my head but when I put up on a pony tale or a bun, they are really visible and I'm not ready to color my hair yet, that's why I loved this hair mascara, really cover what I need to be cover until I'm ready to color my hair. Do not know how it works to cover all grey roots, I think it can cover but you will use the whole bottle lol

Hair Mascara

I liked the hair mascara. I received the brown color and it blended in really well. Noone would ever notice it which is great. It's great for root coverage. I don't have gray hair but I believe it would work well for covering that as well. I would recommend it to others for covering roots. It is great for that kind of coverage.

A fantastic quick fix

When you’re in a bind and you don’t have time to dye your roots or head to the salon, this is a GREAT product to get you through! It’s colour was very true to what I was expecting and matched very well! It smelled pretty good (not chemically) and didn’t make my roots look greasy at all! It was VERY easy to apply and even looks great close to the scalp! Very natural to even fill in some sparse spots from Post Partum Hair loss!! The ONLY downside to this, is that it rubs off pretty easily, so I wouldn’t recommend wearing it if you plan on going swimming or for a walk in the rain, or even to bed if you like your pillows. This is a great way to make your hair look it’s best for a day wear though! I liked it a lot!

Quick touchup product

Received the Schwarzkopf Hair Mascara in medium brown courtesy of ChickAdvisor to try. Used it on my mom to cover her greys at the root. Applied easily, but took some time to dry. Good coverage and spreadability without being crunchy. Does transfer though. Overall good product for emergency touchups in between dye time.

Belle couvrance!

Bientôt la trentaine et déjà des petits cheveux blancs par-ci par-là. J'ai essayé ce HAIR MASCARA gratuitement grâce au test produit de Chick Advisor. Personnellement je suis très satisfaite de ce produit. La couvrance, le rendu, l'application, le format, font de ce HAIR MASCARA un produit sur lequel on peut compter. Par contre, pour le prix qu'il est affiché en magasin je conseil de l'utiliser avec parcimonie mais hormis cela, ce produit me semble parfait pour les personnes (hommes/femmes) qui commencent à avoir des cheveux gris/blanc et qui veulent les dissimuler. Une bonne alternative avant les colorations.

Cache super bien les cheveux Blancs!!

J’ai reçu ce produit afin de partager mon expérience d’essaie. J’ai adoré son usage car il cache rapidement et vraiment bien mes cheveux blancs. Je vais en salon faire mes teintures et après 2 ou 3 semaines mes repousses rebelles blanches refont surface activement. Il est plus efficace que pluieurs autres produits essayés coté couverture de cheveux, mais tâche les doigts lorsqu’on oublie que l’on porte le mascara. Il ne laisse pas les cheveux gras et nous permet de sortir sans se soucier du look entre traitement teinture de salon. Définitivement MON préféré parmi tous ceux que j’ai acheté dans le passé. Je le recommande 😊Merci ChickAdvisor pour cette découverte, je ne l’aurais jamais acheté auparavant!

Super effet naturel

Lorsque j'ai a pris que SCHWARZKOPF commercialisant un nouveau HAIR MASCARA, j'ai eu l'impression de faire un retour en arrière au temps de on adolescence, sa fi des années 1990. Je me suis dit " je doit l'essayer !!"
J'ai eu la chance de faire partie du banc d'essai pour ChickAfvisor gratuitement.
L'hérédité faisant que je suis déjà aux prises avec des mèches de cheveux jai beaucoup apprécié ce nouveau mascara pour cheveux. Il s'applique facilement, couvre bien les cheveux gris, se confond parfaitement avec la teinte de mes cheveux. Contrairement à mon souvenir des anciens produits mascara pour cheveux, SCHWARZKOPF HAIR MASCARA sèche rapidement, est leger, ne tache pas quand on se passe les mains dans les cheveux et ne donne pas l'impression davoir les cheveux gras et collants.
Seul bémol, je trouve son prix un peux cher pour la quantité et me fera peut-être hésiter à racheter.
