Root spray for my grays

I got to test SCHWARZKOPF ROOT RETOUCHER as part of the Product Review Club #gotitfree. I was really excited to try this since after dying my hair within a month I'm noticing grays which is really annoying. This spray did cover my gray roots but it was hard to not get it on my face. It also made my hair have an unpleasant crunchy feeling after applying. I had high hopes for this product but I will not be purchasing it again.

Abacadabra! No white!

This is genius! I received this for free from Chickadvisor and it is the quickest solution when in a rush to cover those greys. It was easy to spray on with minimal mess. I was really worried about it dyeing my scalp or melting off my hair if I started perspiring but it stayed put and was only visible on the hair portion. I only wish it could stay on longer than one wash! Highly recommended.

covers grey well

This root cover up is good. It did a nice job of covering my grey. It covers grey well. Its easy to use. I did need a brush to smooth it out a little bit. It give me a little more time before I really need to do my roots again in between the full hair dye jobs.

Okay for a day!

The product is okay. This is good for a quick retouch, need a pick me up fast for a night on the town or day in the office.The smell is not that great,did not feel comfortable having it on my head for a long time.Was anxious to wash it out after a day.

Un peu trop Salissant

Le produit fonctionne bien en tant que tel il couvre la racine la couleur est belle. Toutefois , le produit reste salissant quand je l'appliquait, des grosses goutes tombaient partout Ca dégoûtait. Il n'y avait pas que de la bruine. L'embout dégoûtait. Jai peut être pogner une bouteille défectueuse mais je n'ai pas apprécié que Ca me dégoûte dessus et partout! Par contre le produit fonctionne. Je ne crois pas racheter le produit.

Good root coverage

This product blended well with my dark colour. Not perfect but close enough that it got the job done. Even acted a little like a dry shampoo . Not too flaky nor oily.

Effet temporaire pour un bon resultat

Produit pratique pour caché l repousse temporairement. Non collant super couvrant . Part au shampooing , ne laisse pas de residu . Super effice pour une soiree

Quick Color Refresh

I have dark black hair and received Schwarzkip Root Retoucher in Black to test. I have a little bit of roots that are showing through and a couple of greys.

Though the product has minimal instruction, it was quick and easy to use. I do recommend wearing some gloves and being careful where you spray though the product does come off walls easily. I simply sprayed my roots and they turned black and dried quickly. I did try to spray my few grey hairs and it was hard to aim directly at one strand but did turn the hair black but I don't recommend it. It took too much effort, stick to the roots I suppose what this product was made for. There is no strong smell. The only slight disappointment was that is washed right out after one wash. Hoped it would last a little longer.

I do recommend and will continue using Schwarzkopf Root Retoucher for quick color refresh.

It Works But

I was lucky enough to get to try the Schwarzkopf Root Retoucher in black thanks to Chick Advisor #Igotitfree .

It works really well at covering up my roots and is a great temporary fix. However, I found it to be a bit messy when applying and found that it does not set in my hair. If you use this product, you cannot run your hands through your hair. Unless, you want them to be cover in black residue.

I may re-purchase because it does a good job when your in a pinch.

Practice should make perfect

I tried the black Schwarzkopf Root Retoucher on my roots and it covered most of my emerging grays. But I had problems with the nozzle - it is a bit messy to apply and you may end up getting lots of spray in one spot. Next time I may use a small brush to help
