Great Temporary Gray Coverage

I tried this Schwarzkopf Root Retoucher on my roots and it covered quite nicely. Although when you take a close look you can tell that it's been touched up, it's a great temporary quick fix. I did have to have help applying it because it was a bit awkward to spray it where I wanted it. But easy peasy and ready to go! Take a look at my results.

Good colour match and works in a pinch

So excited to receive the sample #gotitfree #schwarzkopf to try and just in time as my colourist appointment was a couple weeks away.
Easy to use -have to really give the can a really good shake or you just get the alcohol and the spout is nice and thin so easy to direct. It did take a few sprays to get intended effect and I felt it was better to take a tissue after and rub it around to get more natural effect. Agree with others that the force of the spray was surprising and did splatter around the face, mirror and sink to a small degree.
Made a difference though!
Lasts between shampoos and didn’t come off in bed linens.
Will probably purchase as part of my arsenal. Thanks chickadvisor for opportunity to review !

Great product and the color is natural

I received this product complimentary for review from Chickadvisor. This has been such a handy product to have and I have been really happy with how well it has covered my mom's regrowth hairline. She has black hair so any grey hairs that show up become very noticeable even with just a slight bit of regrowth. This was so quick and easy to use before going out for any occasion just to make her hair look great and freshly coloured. Application is quick and easy and the spray nozzle is precise. There is no weird smell to the product and it washed out easily.Completely recommend this if your a bit short on time and need a quick fix. Its also perfect for those in between days before you have an appointment to the salon for a touch up.

I got this product free to try as part of chickAdvisor review. The color I received was black which was a perfect match to cover my grey hair. The spray was effective in covering my grey hair regrowth and did not take long to apply. However, it was messy when spraying it. Instructions were not clear, but once you knew what you were doing, applying the product was easy. Great product to use when you are in a hurry and don't have time to apply a more permanent color and then wait for at least 30 minutes before showering. This was instant coloring which I liked and great to use if you don't want to go out with grey hair. It worked well to cover my grey areas and hide the grey roots. I did not like the smell or the nozzle that it came with. And if you accidentally touch your hair, you will get in my case, black color on your hands which is difficult to get out. It took 2 shampoos to wash the color out and I had to use a lot of spray to get the coverage I wanted. I would buy the product again, but not on a regular basis.

I received this product complimentary of Chick Advisor for review purposes! I got the black coloured root re-toucher a few days ago and have used it to concealer a few embarrassing grey hairs framing my face.

I felt the product did a good job of retouching my roots. The formula is not super pigmented but it’s buildable so you can spray as much or as little as you need to get the look you are going for!

The fine tip nozzle allows for precision, however the downside is if you are looking to cover a large surface area it might take longer than desired.

Just a reminder to keep the product in a room temperature area as the content does get cold in cooler temperatures.

easy to use and works well

I received this product for free to test...I have never tried any color touch up before...this was very easy to use..its like spraying on hair spray..it has no bad smell...and feels cool going on...it covered my roots nicely...and looked natural...which was a nice surprise..did not expect it to blend in so nicely with my hair color....I will surely be trying this again...thank you chick advisor for the chance to test this product...

A quick fix

I received this product for free. I'm impressed with the coverage. It sprays out a little stripy but if you blend it with a brush or fingers to disperse the colour uniformly, it covers any regrowth very well. Don't forget to wash your hands right after if not, your hands will have stains.

The product info was hard to find (under the label). I wished it was more visible on the bottle.

I like this product as a quick fix in between my salon appointment. There's 25 applications, so it's not that bad. Downside is that I need to reapply the product everyday since it washes off when shampooing.

Not really for me

I wasn't sure what to expect by using Schwarzkopf Root Retoucher. I read instructions and away I went! The initial spray didn't look like it got my hair, so I tried again, which led to an accidental shot right to my scalp. Once I got the hang of spraying and holding the bottle at just the right angle, the process was relatively easy. I had to use my brush to blend it in a bit, as there were areas that looked a little off.
Schwarzkopf Root Retoucher did a wonderful job of covering my grey! While this isn't a product I would normally use, nor go out of my way to purchase, I'd say it's good when you're in a pinch between salon/at home dye touch ups. Don't be like me and touch your hair after an application! I ended up with black on my hands! I would definitely avoid using the root retoucher on a rainy or snowy day.

Perfect for a last minute night out or function!

The pointed nozzle easily and perfectly targets the greys. My greys really were covered instantly and with a nice, even colour. Msde my hair look thicker and more vibrant! Washes out easily.

Definitely covers up!

I tried to use this product and it was easy to use. That’s really important that the product is easy to use and follow. It’s right size and I like the fact it did what it said it would do.
