A Life saver!

I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to try it. I was eager to receive as my roots were more than due since I had to skip my last appointment due to illness.

I can normally live with the regular growth of hair but I have a patch of grey hair right smack in the middle of the top of my head. Therefore making it difficult to just ignore it. My hair grows fast and a week right after my visit at the salon, the grey is creeping already. And that’s when I have to make sure my hair doesn’t split in the middle.

Using the retoucher was a lot easier than I thought. Just like a hairspray. Funny thing is, I ended up with colour spots on my face (yes I tend to be a klutz). I hadn’t pushed down enough on the spray trying to be too careful.

Once I figured it had to be sprayed lightly on the roots at a regular distance, everything went smoothly. I was so surprised to see how it made my hair look better.

The gray got completely covered and the roots matched my coloured hair.

Mind you, the colour is not as vibrant as having your colour freshly done by your hair expert, but it makes a significant difference.

I work with the public and have to make sure that my hair is always at its best. And this is a true life saver when you are approaching your next hair appointment. My hair stylist already uses Schwarzkopf colour on me. It’s the only brand that works well with my hair. So I didn’t doubt the quality of the product. As for thé pictures, keep in mind I was eager to try it as I came home from the hospital. My hair wasn’t styled.

And those few spots that splashed on my forehead? Came right off with a cloth without having to scrub.

I don’t get impressed easily. I’m amazed by it.

Great coverage, drippy nozzle

I was super excited to test this product! I had used another brand before and wanted to see how this compared. The nozzle has a longer piece for a more accurate spray. Not sure if I got a dud, but I found it to me drippy if I didn't press hard enough, but it was too powerful if I pressed the dispenser all the way. Otherwise, I found the product to have excellent coverage. I chose dark blonde, which is darker than I anticipated compared to the other brand I had tried, but it still matched my hair and definitely covered the grey.

Amazing Product

I loved this product it was very effective at covering 100%of my grey hair like the packaging and all the instructions on the container I will be purchasing this product and would recommend it to anyone thank you @ChickAdvisory and #Schwarzkopf

Great in a root emergency!

I've use this product twice now just to see that I was sure how I felt about it. It's great when I have to go out or do something and I have not dealt with my hair. I like the coverage that It gives but I miss the shine that my hair has with out it. It also acts as a bit of a hair gel holding my hair. Not a fan

#igotitfree in exchange for my honest review of Schwarzkopf Root Retoucher. I wanted to love this product - such a great concept. And while the spray formula seems easy enough to use, it just makes such a mess (hard not to overspray). I just don’t have the patience for it again.

No way!

I received this complimentary of chick advisor and by reading other reviews I was excited to try it but it turned out to be a big fail for me. I have dirty blonde hair and this didn't match up and it made a terrible mess. It looked like I had sprayed dirt all over my hair as it transfers so easily. Imagine you are wearing this and it starts to rain.... not good. It was fun to try but it's definetly not for me. I would not purchase this. #tryrootretoucher #createyourstyle #gotitfree

Goodbye roots!

I have used several brands of root retoucher, and have found this brand to really live up to its' claims. The product is easy to control, does not drip, is not sticky and covers grays/roots seamlessly. I tried the dark blond. On the can/bottle there was a range of colors that it was suitable for and I had no problem covering the roots to match my hair color. If I got a little of the product on my skin, it wiped off easily. I found if I brushed my hair after an application I could see if another application was needed. Occasionally a few spots needed a touch up. The price is decent compared to other brands. This product is great.

Great for use on short notice

Thanks to @ChickAdvisor, @Schwarzkopf & @SchwarzkopfCA I got to #tryRootRetoucher on very short notice because I #gotitfree for testing purposes. With a product like this and with little to no time, you can #CreateYourStyle and be ready and prepped for your outing.

I am very happy with the simplistic use of this product and also happy it's not permanent. Some days I embrace my gray and other days I don't. So for the days I don't this comes in super handy.

Does what it says!

I was skeptical at first - but it did what it said it would!
I was very impressed and was sure to let all my hair colouring chicks to go out and buy right away and that they wouldn't be dissapointed!

Good product for inbetween colour touch-ups

I have used other root touchup types of products previously to cover my grey inbetween professional hair colouring. The colour was a perfect match for me but I did find that it took a lot of product (relative to other brands) to cover my grey. At the same time I found Schwarzkopf seemed to be more gentle and did not leave a residue on my hair.
