Style Saver Hair Rescue

I was lucky to try the Schwarzkopf Dark Blonde Root Retoucher. I have nturally dark hair with lots of greys so I prefer to dye my hair a light caramel with blonde highlights. Leave it to those greys to grow in so fast and ruin my look. So in between appointment I am still able to go out without shame when I use this root touch up. The shade completely covered my greys in a medium brown that’s why I choose a light colour or else it would be too dark and the contrast looks shsocking. This product is gentle on the scalp and doesn’t irritate like the others do but it does leave your hair feeling not stiff but dry not as soft as the rest of your hair. Small price to pay to hide those greys. Leaves the hair easy to manage and it’s flakey at all. I do find the colour runs if wet from washing your face hopefully it won’t happen if I get caught in the rain.

Like a miracle dry shampoo

I have received this as part of chickadvisor review club. The root touch up is very easy to use and does deliver. When I first applied it I felt as I was using color dry shampoo, but it did cover my greys and the color blended in easily also looked natural. It would also work for people with thinning hair. It washed completely with the first wash. I will definitely buy again

Great for in-between salon visits

I was lucky enough to try the Schwarzkopf Root Retoucher and I must say it was great! It looked very natural and left my hair feeling great! I was a little worried that it might weigh my hair down but not so! If you are in between salon visits and are in need of a touch up, I would highly recommend this.

Excellent to use inbetween colourings!

I used the FREE Schwarzkopf Root Retoucher in Dark Blonde and it worked great! I liked that it didn’t leave a residue and my hair did not feel like it had any product in it after I used it. My hair was very soft and the colour blended flawlessly. It covered up the white hairs that have started sprouting. I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely buy it next time I need a touch up.

Loved the Schwarzkopf Root Retoucher

I #gotitfree from @chickadvisor as was thrilled though a bit skeptical. I had visions of “paint” running down my face, and a stripe of colour that didn’t match my hair down the middle.

As you can see from the pictures that wasn’t the case. It took a couple of tries to figure out how to spray it, but once I got the hang of it it was easy and the colour really did match.

There are some drips here and there – tricky when you are trying to touch up the hairline, so protecting your clothes and wearing gloves are a good idea.

The texture once in my hair was quite stiff, so brushing it through didn’t seem an option, but overall it covered well, and I can see buying this again and recommending it to others.

Does what it's supposed to!

I don't have a lot to cover up, to begin with, but this covered what I did have pretty well. The color was a bit darker than my natural color and that's the only problem I see, just getting it close enough to your natural one. I like that it's in a spray can and it's perfect for going out or just needing to touch up your hair fast. It does come out when you wash your hair which is nice in case you don't like it. Overall I think it's a pretty good product and it's perfect if you always seem to get ready at the last minute like me! I also like that it will last a long time since you don't need to use a lot since you are just doing your roots.

très bon dépanneur quand on a une repousse apparente et qu'on n'a pas le temps de refaire notre coloration ,facile et rapide d'application faut juste faire attention il peut avoir des éclaboussures, sèche vite et se nettoie bien , mais le plus important c'est le résultat désiré , il camoufle bien notre repousse

I can definitely see this becoming part of my routine

I really liked this product. My grey roots have been getting worse and worse over the last couple of years. This product was simple to apply, didn't make a mess, and looked natural on my roots. I won't necessarily use this everyday, but is a great tool to have when getting dressed up to go out!

So long greys between touch-ups and colours!

At first I though the colour was too dark, although it blended in beautifully with my low and highlights, covering all the silver that showed up only 2 weeks after colouring my hair. The coverage was long lasting, and most importantly, it did not leave my hair feeling heavy or gritty like other products I've used. My roots were felt clean, light and easy to brush through. My fine hair still styled nicely and kept the colour all day. I have to admit I was extremely impressed and will continue to use this product!
