Covers those pesky greys

The root retoucher did a great job of temporarily covering my greys in between salon visits.The only issue is ensure you are applying it before doing your makeup as you will get some color spray on your forehead and hairline.Otherwise it is a bug thumbs up!

I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to try SCHWARZKOPF ROOT RETOUCHER in dark blonde for free through chickadvisior and I must say I absolutely love this product! It had amazing coverage. I was really impressed. It's really easy to use and super convenient for those times when you can't make it to the salon.

A Life saver!

I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to try it. I was eager to receive as my roots were more than due since I had to skip my last appointment due to illness.

I can normally live with the regular growth of hair but I have a patch of grey hair right smack in the middle of the top of my head. Therefore making it difficult to just ignore it. My hair grows fast and a week right after my visit at the salon, the grey is creeping already. And that’s when I have to make sure my hair doesn’t split in the middle.

Using the retoucher was a lot easier than I thought. Just like a hairspray. Funny thing is, I ended up with colour spots on my face (yes I tend to be a klutz). I hadn’t pushed down enough on the spray trying to be too careful.

Once I figured it had to be sprayed lightly on the roots at a regular distance, everything went smoothly. I was so surprised to see how it made my hair look better.

The gray got completely covered and the roots matched my coloured hair.

Mind you, the colour is not as vibrant as having your colour freshly done by your hair expert, but it makes a significant difference.

I work with the public and have to make sure that my hair is always at its best. And this is a true life saver when you are approaching your next hair appointment. My hair stylist already uses Schwarzkopf colour on me. It’s the only brand that works well with my hair. So I didn’t doubt the quality of the product. As for thé pictures, keep in mind I was eager to try it as I came home from the hospital. My hair wasn’t styled.

And those few spots that splashed on my forehead? Came right off with a cloth without having to scrub.

I don’t get impressed easily. I’m amazed by it.

Great for use on short notice

Thanks to @ChickAdvisor, @Schwarzkopf & @SchwarzkopfCA I got to #tryRootRetoucher on very short notice because I #gotitfree for testing purposes. With a product like this and with little to no time, you can #CreateYourStyle and be ready and prepped for your outing.

I am very happy with the simplistic use of this product and also happy it's not permanent. Some days I embrace my gray and other days I don't. So for the days I don't this comes in super handy.

Does what it says!

I was skeptical at first - but it did what it said it would!
I was very impressed and was sure to let all my hair colouring chicks to go out and buy right away and that they wouldn't be dissapointed!

When I first received this product, I honestly didn't think that it would work at all. However, when I tried it, I was surprised to see that it did make my roots appear a lot lighter. I should have used one shade blonder to match my hair better but I definitely noticed a big difference anyways. It is a very fast way to hide root growth if you don't have the time to dye it permanently. The only thing is that it took awhile to dry and the dye came off on my clothes,and hands. Use a blow dryer to avoid that. I will definitely use this product again and recommend it only as a temporary fix until you have time for a permanent one.
