Schwarzkopf® Root Retoucher™ - Exceptional Product!

First off I have to say that I was thrilled when Schwarzkopf got into the at-home colouring game with their amazing lines of hair colour – available in drug stores, etc. Then when I found out they had created a root retouching spray, I was very excited and hoped I would get picked for a chance to try and review. I was so happy to have been selected, but when I received the colour I had chosen, I had to wait a couple of weeks as I had just had my hair coloured the day before I received it. I ended up selecting the dark blonde shade, as they didn’t offer a colour for red hair (hopefully that will change soon!). I went with this shade because the Schwarzkopf professional hair colour my stylist uses is a dark blonde intensive red copper.

While not a perfect match for my hair colour, the Dark Blonde Schwarzkopf Root Retoucher applied amazingly, and instantly covered my grey regrowth. Extremely easy to use, no fuss no muss (although you definitely want to drape a towel over your shoulders when applying it). It doesn’t make my hair feel tacky like other root retouching sprays have, and it lasts until you wash your hair. It rinses out exceptionally well, with no residue. There is no cloying scent, so it’s safe for those who are sensitive to fragrances. It doesn’t overly dull your hair either, as I have experienced with other products. The ease of use, the quality of coverage, and the Schwarzkopf name are all really good reasons to give this root retoucher a try. I have tried many different products for root touch-ups, and this is the best one by far. I would absolutely buy this, and will definitely be recommending it to my friends, colleagues, anyone who will listen!

The Schwarzkopf root retouched went on decently after a few passes. Have to use it sparingly as it would be used up quickly if done for the whole head
Regularly. Could get expensive as it only lasts through one shampoo.

OMG! Ce produit me sauve bien des casse-têtes!

J'ai reçu la couleur Acajou blond, qui est exactement la même couleur que la couleur naturelle de mes cheveux. J'ai présentement le style ombré avec balayage pour avoir un look plus "naturel" et éviter de multiples visites au salon pour la maintenance. Cependant, ce style met mes cheveux gris en évidence. J'applique donc un peu de ce produit et les cheveux gris disparaissent instantanément! Le produit est très facile à appliquer. Si j'en applique un peu sur la peau, je frotte doucement avec mes doigts une fois sec et tout disparaît. De plus, il s'enlève au prochain shampoing! Je suis vendue!!

Schwaezkopf dark blonde root retoucher

Schwarzkopf Dark blonde root retoucher 120g bottle is the product I tried. It has a very nice spray that covers very well. It also matches perfectly with my hair colour. This is a nice coverage product.

Would purchase when in a pinch!

This product is great when you haven't had time to dye your hair. Great for last minute touch up and washes right out! Matched my hair colour so it didn't look awkward. When I went to wash it out, you didn't see it get all over your hands either.

Excellent product! Highly reccomended

I love this product! It went on smooth and didnt have an overpowering stink as with most hair products. It matched me hair colour perfectly and was a MUCH BETTER THEN THE COMPETITON I USED BUT CANNOT NAME THE ACTUAL PRODUCT... IF I CAN AND DONT KNOW IT, I WILL FROM NOW ON. It didnt leave behind streaks left untouched like the brand i used before, it all and all is an excellent product and well worth the money! Its so easy and efficient! I have already told friends to use it when they commented on my hair and loved the way it looked! I will never use a different brand again for my hair, only this! If your not using this product for your hair, your wasteing your time and your money!

Gray be gone!

#gotitfree and I am so glad I did! This stuff works awesome! Give it a shake, spray and gray be gone! Its great when you have to touch up your hair in a hurry and you don't have time to dye or if your trying to extend between professional coloring! Its great because the color is for a rage of hair colors, mine was from light to dark blond so you can use it even if you are going a little darker or lighter!

Precise application, blends well and dries quickly!

I tried Schwarzkopf Root Retoucher thjis weekend and was satisfied with the results.

I'm a medium blonde and while the shade I chose wasn't an exact match (my fault as I chose a shade that matched my natural colour rather than my highlighted colour), it did blend well.

The Schwarzkopf Root Retoucher is a nice size and good value for the price. The colors are easy to match to your own hair and I like the easy to use spray nozzle that has a spout that makes it easier to get the exact area that needs coverage. When I tried it I noticed it dried quickly and most importantly did not come off on my clothing or my pillow case. I would definitely #tryrootretoucher by @schwarzkopf again, next time in a lighter shade!

Love this Product

I absolutely love this product and will definitely be keeping this in my cupboard. It blended perfectly for the little streaks of grey above the ear. This is amazing. It is also easy to wash off of your skin if you get overspray.

I loved it!

Normally I cringe when my roots start coming in and the production of getting my hair done. I tried this product and was very happy with the results. I'm a golden blonde and while the shade I chose wasn't an exact match it did blend in well and covered my roots with ease. I left the product in for 3 days and it did not swear or fade. It came out easily with a shampoo. I will keep using SCHWARZKOPF ROOT RETOUCHER for those last minute touch ups in between my regular coloring.
