After spraying hair looked great and roots were covered . Went out for a fast walk came home looked in mirror and the product had transferred on to my forehead haha . It’s like a powder after spraying don’t scratch your head you will get all over your fingers and nails .

I am not sure about this product yet

I used this spray before work and I was shocked at the spray that came out all over my hands trying to hold my hair, I thought it was good at the beginning until later in the day it started to flake and really clumped feeling, dont know if it was me that applied wrong or that is the product, I will give it another try and see how it turns out, I give it a 2 star because my first experience was not good and I was thinking of Halloween color spray, dont get me wrong but will try it again.

Rather show my roots!

I received the Schwarzkopf Root Retoucher in Dark Brown for free as part of the ChickAdvisor Product review club. I waited until my grey roots started to show and then eagerly followed the directions given to use the product. Even with holding the can at the recommended distance of 10 cm and applying soft pressure (as directed) the spray ended up flying everywhere! I had dark brown dots on my forehead, hand and scalp. I then tried removing these spots and needed nail polish remover to get them off my hand and forehead. My scalp wouldn't come clean. The product also left a dry, dull residue (similar to when you use too much dry shampoo). The product did cover my grey roots, but even if I could master applying it without covering my scalp and other body parts, I still didn't love the look when it was done. The dry, dull residue, which still managed to come off onto my fingers for sometime after applying, wasn't the look I wanted. All in all, I wouldn't waste my money on this product as it is too difficult to achieve a good look quickly. Less work to go and buy a box of root touch up or hair dye and I know the results are what I want. I won't be recommending this product to anyone or buying it myself. #GOTITFREE

Pas très efficace

J'ai des repousses châtaines avec quelques cheveux blancs. J'ai été déçue de ce produit, ne couvre pas bien et surtout son aspect n'est pas naturel. Mes cheveux semblaient poudrés, comme un shampoing sec qui collait à mes racines.

I'm gonna pass on this one

I was very excited to receive this product. I was hoping to find something to keep me from visiting the salon every six weeks - it gets expensive! I was hoping this would be it, but sadly, it has not met my expectations.

The application went on smoothly enough I guess, with some drips on my face that came off easily (thank goodness). But it was very matte, no shine at all. It just looked off.

Later in the day, when I went to run my fingers through my hair, it was sticky, like I had hairspray in it, which I did not have in my hair.

Needless to say, I'll pass on this one. Thanks so much for letting me try it though!

Difficult to Get the Hang of Using It

I received the Schwarzkopf Root Retoucher free as part of the Chick Advisor program. My retoucher was a brown shade. I found it difficult to effectively spray it without having to wash colour stains from my skin. It was also a problem when I touched my hair later. I would have to clean my hands after doing this. It just did not adhere well enough to the hair.

Expecting better, but product didn't quite perform

I got the color Dark Brown which is a good match for my hair color. I am about 25% grey and have approximately half an inch growth of un-dyed hair at the roots. I was quite excited to try this as it would be so much easier to spray on the color than to constantly have to touch up my roots with dye.

Unfortunately, the product didn't work very well in covering up my grey hair. I had to spray a lot of product on, and even then, the greys were still noticeably lighter than the rest of my hair. The smell was also not very pleasant, and the color does rub off if you run your fingers through your hair.

I regretfully, cannot recommend this product as an effective method of temporarily covering up grey hair.

never again

In all honesty i thought hey great i don't have to dye my grays just spray and go... nope. it looked like i spray painted the top of my head and not only that it was all over my bathroom walls and stained my hands.

Quick fix - too good to be true

#gotitforfree I recieved this product as trial and was excited to try it out. Im in my thirties and have lots of greys and dont have time every three weeks to get it coloured and a quick fix is perfect for me. Unfortunately it is like spray painting your hair. If you dont do a good job it appears patchy or too dark in a section. I thought it would work as a spot touch up but you need to do your entire hairline for it to look seemless. Application can be messy since its a spray and product comes off if you scratch your head or rub you head against anything! I personally prefer a real root touch up hair dye that takes a little longer to do but better/longer results.

vraiment pas convaicu par ce produit qui tâche au touché tout ce qu'on frôle, que ce soit les vêtements ou la peau. Moi je n'acheterais pas ce produit et je ne le recommanderais pas non plus. De plus il laisse une drole de sensation dans les cheveux comme s'ils était sales et défraichit.
