OH DEAR! Always room for improvement

I was so excited to try this product. I have never used a root retoucher before and was hoping this was this was what I needed. I don't like to leave a bad reviews so I am going to say there is room for improvement. (I am light blond and that is what I received). First of all the lack of directions were a little frustrating . I played around with this using it in different areas with varying degrees of the amount I used in each application. I never did get a blond. It seemed as though if I didn't use enough it didn't make much difference in my roots but the more product I used, as it dried seemed to look like I put powder in my hair. The smell wasn't really pleasant either. On the plus side, the product did wash out with one shampoo and it is easy to clean up if it gets on your skin. I think it would be a GREAT hairspray if there was no color because I have fine thin hair and with the product I could style my hair in anyway and it would stay which I have yet to find a spray that works that good. #tryrootretoucher #createyourstyle #gotitfree.

Expected More

I was super excited to find out I was selected to test this with Chick Advisor #Igotitfree however it was a disappointment.

I got he blonde touch up, I have grey hairs starting to appear at my roots. I've tried this product 3x over the course of a few weeks and visibly saw no difference.
Sorry to say it did not work for me.

Didn’t cover my roots

I received this product free through ChickAdvisor to try! I have salon lightened blonde hair and naturally a brunette so I was very optimistic to try this product. Some positive notes are that I do appreciate that it is a wash out and does not chemically treat my hair or cause any damage that may conflict with processing my hair at my salon appointments. The idea of a temporary spray on colour is awesome. Unfortunately it didn’t work well for me personally. My natural colour is quite dark and I didn’t see much coverage with the retouch spray. To achieve any kind of results I had to apply so much product that it looked thick and fake. It was more of a greyish yellow colour, and the product didn’t feel very nice applied so heavily.
I took pictures of the stages of application and you can see how a light application felt light and natural but gave no coverage, and applied heavily there was some colour difference but not enough to warrant how gross it make my hair look and feel. Perhaps to a natural blonde this would be ideal but for people such as myself who wear their hair significantly lighter than their natural it’s just not up for the job.

Bon on va faire ça simple... Pour le blond pâle ça ne fonctionne tout simplement pas!

J'ai les cheveux blond claire avec une repousse assez pâle, ça ne devrait pas être difficile a couvrir... mais non ça laisse un effet de poudre jaunâtre sur mes cheveux ... Peut-être que les autres couleurs sont plus efficace mais pour le blond claire un gros zéro! je n'achèterais jamais ça!

Je suis très déçue ça aurait pu être un gros win! mais non !
