I shared the product with a friend & this is what she said ... "In terms of application, I found them to be effortless, quick and easy to adjust. It allows me to quickly adjust the length of pant legs based on the height of my heels. It sure beats threading a needle and/or time and cost of using a tailor. I also like the fact that they can be used for different items of clothing." I would like to add that the sleeve came in 5's. I think 6 would have been more appropriate with the ability to use 1/2 portions. I noticed that the edges were sticky & stuck to the packaging, sometimes making it hard to remove from the packaging. But overall I would have to agree with my friend & say it's an effective solution for something quick & easy. Unfortunately not aware of the price so can't comment. Thanks

I used this product to add alterations to a dress I wore this past weekend on a date. It held in place all night and was an overall easy and great experience. Amazing product

What a great idea! My niece wanted to borrow my dress pants, but they were too long. I didn't want to hem them and then try to have them re-hemmed. Scotch Adjustable Hem Tape came to the rescue. We were able to hem the pants for her and upon return, remove the tape and have them fit me again. Love this!

I apply this adjustable hem tape on my jeans and it works perfectly. It is easy to peel and easy to put them on my jeans. But when i try to put them on my husband's suit pants, i need more work on it. Soft material may be not work well on this tape, but jeans work well.
I definitely will buy this in the further, it works better than permanent strips. Only thing bad part is you only can use it once, and remember to tear it out before laundering.

I am horrible with a sewing machine, so this product is great. I was able to fix my pants for the night out and it looked great!

Great for those emergency fashion changes, shorten your skirt in a jiffy, used it to hold my blouse to my bra strap, worked great.

Great if you can't hem pants/skirts!

I received the Scotch Essentials Adjustable Hem Tape as part of the Beauty Advisor Club. I have tried this product on a pair of my work pants that were a little bit too long. The adhesive is very sticky and does a great job at keeping the hem folded in. I have not yet tried washing the pants after I placed the adhesive on them; however, I will submit an update once I do! I think that this product is perfect for a quick fix. I prefer getting my pants hemmed so that there is not extra material on the bottoms. However, this may just be because the material of my pants are thicker - I'm sure it would be fine on thinner materials.

I used this to fix the bottom of my pants where they'd ripped from being stepped on; not quite the conventional way for it to be used but it worked for me, and it held my pants together!

Ok item, I'm not super handy, so this worked well, but took some effort. I like the idea of it as a quick fix but it isn't a permanent solution. I think it's good to have around for a emergency fix for that almost perfect outfit, but if you plan to wear something frequently might as well go to a tailor.
