Scotch Essentials Adjustable Hem Tape was sent to me by 3M and chickadvisor free to test. I loved the idea of a quick fix for women like me who are sewing challenged. This product is great to help hold a dropped hem during the work day. Also great for a simple DIY quick update to a longer skirt with out the drastic change because with this you can return it to the normal length when you want. This is a fun product for the busy woman and an excellent for your office desk emergency kit.

I just received these from chick advisor and I must say they are my new must have! I have been blessed a short woman and have my clothes tailored. Sometimes those hems don't always stay and I need to fix it quick or risk ruining my clothes. These strips work great for a quick short term fix as they aren't meant to be left of permanently which is great until I can get back to the tailor!

I had a top that could be hemmed depending on what style of bottoms I wanted to wear. For leggings it was perfect but I wanted to wear it with a skirt. I used the adjustable hem tape and voila! Perfect. It is so great to have more versatility with my wardrobe by using the hem tape. After wearing I easily took the tape off and there was no damage to my top!

What a handy fix-it product! It is totally easy to use and so convenient. Especially sometimes I want the hem of my pants shorter or longer depending on what shoes I'm wearing with it: longer with heels and shorter with flats. So when I don't want to commit to a fixed hem length, I can use this tape to temporarily adjust the length of my pants. I used this on my wool work pants and they stayed on all day. I was pretty impressed with the quality of it and will be buying this in the future.

I must say whoever design this product, he/she deserves a lot of hugs and kisses. Basically, all the pants that I bought, I need to adjust the hem. Therefore, I usually tend to only buy pants that I really really like and I know that the pants will last long since the cost going to a tailor to fix the hem can add up to a huge amount. This product really save me. I can buy pants that I know it is only in style for a season and it definitely lower the cost of fixing the hem. I really love this product since it is so easy to use and I will definitely recommend it to my friends.

scotch essentials adjustable hem tape is perfect for last minute needed adjustments. for eample, I was getting ready to go out to a theatrical concert and my skirt was a little too long, I was so happy I got these adjustable hem tapes that I used them and presto, no need to hunt down a needle and thread and start a hemming job that could have easily taken 30-40mins. this was done in about 15mins. this product is even better for people who don't know how to sew.

It's a very easy to use product that works well with skirts (but this is not permanent like the other Scotch Essentials product).

You turn your skirt inside out, fold it up however when you want to shorten the bottom, and then tape all around! Voila, your skirt is instantly the perfect length.

Normally I'm too lazy to get my clothes tailored or fix them myself, so this is a great solution for other women like me who need a quick fix but are time-pressed and have other priorities!

I would purchase this product again & would recommend it to a friend!

I received this product as a Chick Advisor. First let me say I do NOT sew and am up for anything that can save me time & energy! I was excited to receive this product as I am busy and don't have time to take it to a seamstress or do It myself. My husband also is not a standard size guy and I've had to pin many hems on pants in a last minute I need this done situation, The product instructions were easy to understand and the product was easy to use & remove. The quantity in the package was perfect for the price point and the convenience of being able to take it on the go is great. I think in this day and age this product is perfect for the market, at the right price and with the ability to be removed easily ~ definitely recommend!

I would prefer the permanent hem tape but this one will come in handy if I ever need to temporarily do it without commitment or until I got it done professionally. For the price you can't go wrong.

I'm glad I got my hands on this amazing hem tape product! I am a lazy person who hates using the sewing machine for the purpose of fixing and altering my clothes. Shopping stores never have the perfect length of pants for me and it always takes me time to use my sewing machine to adjust it. This product was very easy to use and saved me a lot of time.
