Great little item to help you in a pinch. Missing button is easily replaced when the button &/or needle & thread aren't available. Would be great as part of your travel kit or in your desk drawer at work.

The Scotch Essentials Easy Fix Button works like a charm! Easy to follow instructions and application and as stated, a no-sew way to reattach or add buttons. The buttons are a standard button size for most dress shirts and I happen to have a shirt with a missing button. I gave it a go and YAY, it didn't look like there was a difference in buttons. Also, the button stayed on the adhesive part of the pin which stayed on the pin all day. I really love the idea of the Easy Fix Button as it can be reused time and time again, just need to remember to remove the pin before wash. SUGGESTION: It would be even better if they sold only the pins with the adhesive because lets face it, not all buttons are the same, I would love the apply my own buttons using the pin. Overall, a great product to throw in your bag for those unexpected times a button goes off missing.

I love Scotch but this product made me laugh a bit. Yes It is an easy fix but will it last? Unfortunately I don't think so. Not everything can be fixed with glue.

I received this product from the product review club to try. I really like how easy the buttons are to apply to your clothing. I am not very good at sewing or adding buttons so this is a great option for someone like myself. One con to this product is that it is not a permanent fix and therefore really only a quick fix when in a binde (great to have for travelling, events etc.) I don't see the product being used as a permanent option as you do have to unattach the button clip when washing. I used this product on a shirt and found the clip rather uncomfortable for long wear. So again, yes I recommend this product but really only as a quick fix when sewing is not an option.

I don't often have loose buttons on my clothes, but when I do, I usually lose the button before I have time to fix it. I do love that I wouldn't have ugly stitching threads from trying to resew my button. This saves me so that I will look professional until I can get to a seamstress.

I got this to sample for free through the Product Review Club and I am not too impressed by this product.

The idea is nice - but in a practical situation, I don't think it'll work. For me (and probably most ladies out there), our purses are already filled with a million things. This easy fix button would probably not make the cut as it is not a high priority item. I mean - how often does your button come off your shirt to need this in your purse ?

I would probably leave this at home. But in a situation where my button did come off at home ... I would probably just change my shirt. So again, not very practical.

Finally, this is only a temporary fix which means it'll need to be removed before washing / cleaning. Unless this solution was permanent, I don't really find the appeal in this.

I was lucky enough to receive this product from ChickAdvisor to review. It certainly came in handy on the day that I wore a new blouse for the first time to work. Halfway through the day, I realized that there was a gap between the buttons over the chest area that totally allowed anyone and everyone to see my bra whenever I stretched my arms out! Luckily, I had this nifty, little item stashed in my purse. Out came the pin and the black button. It was so easy to position the pin and close that gap in a jiffy, and the button stuck to the adhesive very easily. It really helped that my blouse was black, so the button was very inconspicuous. I am happy to report that the button stayed stuck on the whole day through work and through an after work dinner.

Before I received this product, a safety pin would have been what I would use in this situation. This is so much more attractive and easier to use than a safety pin. I definitely recommend that everyone carries this little kit in their purse.

I received these for review from Product review club. It works quite well as a temporary solution, especially if you notice an accident or missing button and you need a quick fix so you can go on with your day without worrying about a wardrobe malfunction. As it's just that- a quick fix- the pin has to be removed before washing and then you're left with the original problem. For that reason, I'd prefer actually sewing buttons back on but keeping these Scotch Essentials buttons handy in case I need a repair while I'm on the go

Having 3 kids theres always buttons missing off of shirts and clothes arent that cheap to just toss away because a button is missing, I'm not the handiest at sewing buttons on and Scotch Essential Easy Fix Button made fixing a button a snap! My eldest daughter had a shirt malfunction the other day at school, she called me to bring her a new shirt. Nope i brought my easy fix button kit! Super easy to use and i even used the button that fell off of her shirt. Suck on super easy and hasnt fallen off again Whoohoo, super mom and Scotch to the rescue.
