I enjoyed this product, but someone mentioned to me it the same as buying double sided tape at the dollar store. I found it to be alittle better then regular tape. It held the fabric in place. I think it's a bit pricy for tape. It was a easy fix for people like me that can't sew well.

I used the Scotch Essentials Permanent Hem Bonding Strips that Chick Advisor sent me to use and rate to fix a shirt that was too big for my jack russell. It really worked great!!! Just made a fold on the tummy part and it bonded perfectly

I received this product for free in the mail, and now I'll be a regular customer! I have a large waist & short legs. I can never find pants that are the right size for me: they are always way too long! I hemmed a pair of my jeans using this product & it was so easy to do! No more ripped bottoms, no more paying for a seamstress to hem them. I love it!! (Note: I haven't washed these jeans yet, so I am not sure how well they hold up in the wash, but it seems pretty permanent to me!). Thanks for an amazing product!

Great idea! For someone who is terrible with a sewing machine, this product is fantastic!! So long to having to pay someone to hem my pants

What a life saver! Got this from ChickAdvsisor free to test out the products. This is actually great for any kind of permanent hem job such as pants and craft works. I used this to hem my pants that were too long and it was such a breeze to use. No pins and no needles! I love how fast it gets the work done. Will definitely purchase again.

I love the temporary hem strips which are great for a quick fix and then to let down later (turn pants into capris!). However these Permanent strips are a must have for your wardrobe. It is hard for companies to make pants that will fit each body type perfectly! The scotch essential hem bonding strips help make it easy for you to adjust your pants at home!

Thanks Chick Advisor and Scotch Essentials for a fantastic product trial package. These permanent hem bonding strips are a life and time saver. I hate hemming and recently bought a new pair a dress pants, within minutes I had my pants hemmed and wore them to work. They also worked great on the new curtains I bought for my daughters room. Without any effort, I rolled up the hem to the length I needed, applied the strips according to directions and done...curtains hemmed the proper length and hung within about 15 minutes. No need to pin, cut or drag out the sewing machine. Absolutely love and will definitely be buying them over and over again.

As I am not a sewer this product is by far ingenious. I was hesitant that it was a 'scam' or would come loose, but I a glad I sampled it. Absolutely a must have and I purchased lots to permanently hem many pairs of pants as I am quite short.

Really do not like the permanent bonding tape. I found it really difficult to work with , way too sticky for me. It got the job done but I would rather use a needle and thread to hem. I would recommend it for a simple hemming but not a major one. Thank you #Chickadvisor for the opportunity to try this.

I was hesitant to try the product, as I prefer my hems to remain adjustable. But I had such great success with other Scotch Essentials products, that I figured it was worth a shot. Since I was given the chance to try it free for chick advisor, this was the perfect oppurtunity. I had a pair of capri pants that hit at a very awkward length. Too long for capris, really, but far too short for pants. With this product, I was able to create a pair that looked flattering for exactly my height. Yayyy!!
