The permanent hem bonding strips works great but its not for on the go you have to use with a iron. If you have the time that night before you know your going to wear those pants it's better in my opinion. When they are fixed the hem is well works great stays up. So effectiveness is amazing price is not bad but if you look at it its faster then using a needle and thread. Thanks #ChickAdviser

i was able to try this and yet again another easy product to use. i read it over a few times to make sure i was going to do it right. once i did i was impressed with myself! easy to use and worked out great!

I haven't had the opportunity to try this sample as I don't have anything at the moment to permanently hem... but if it works as well as the temporary hemming tape, then it is a winner in my books!!

Thank you Chick Advisor for sending me Scotch Essentials Permanent Hem Bonding Strips. I must admit I was a little nervous using this "PERMANT" product so I practiced on some scrap fabric. it seemed to work well so out came the real thing...my pants are hemmed, they have been washed several times; in fact I'm wearing them now...so far so good :)

Seemed to hold up well so far. No more hemming and then when I have to take them hem out I'm not sure how well it will come out. The tape seems pretty sticky. Especially great on the go!

This product is great in theory however if you mess it up you may ruin your pants. I almost ruined a $65 pair of pants and was not so happy about that. Good product just practice if you can.

The Scotch Essentials Permanent Hem Bonding Strips worked well but I had part of the strip coming off the fabric within a few hours. It was pretty easy to fix but i thought it would be alittle more relaiable

I tried this product out on a pair of jeans and it was very easy to apply. Especially if you have ever fixed some curtains with the iron on tape to adjust their length. It's the same concept minus the iron, no heat is needed to activate the strip. I pre ironed my pants to the desired length and then applied the tape. It worked real well and since then I have washed my jeans more then 4 times and nothing has changed or come undone.

Great product for those of us that are allergic to sewing lol. I got this free from scotch essentials and chickadvisor. Found it works pretty good easy to apply and so far so good with washing. The cost in store isn't as bad as I thought it would be. You can't even really tell that it's on your pants (used on track pants and jeans)..
