I use a variety of products from this company and love all of them. This is one of my more favourites as it really saves my hands. As I work out often, majority of it with weights, my hands take a beating, between chalk and barbells my palms can be pretty rough. This cream is great at saving the skin on my hands making them soft and keeping them moisturizer for hours. The cream itself is pretty thick which I personally prefer to something more water based. I especially love the scent, it is consistent with other Au Lait products and is just the right amount of clean and perfume scented without being over powering.
