Nice smelling deodorant

Secret Aluminum Free Deodorant for Women with Essential Oils Lavender and Lemon has a delightful aroma of lavender. However, I don’t smell the lemon at all, as the lavender overpowers it. I don’t have to reapply, as I feel this product works well in terms of odour control. I don’t feel this product protects me from perspiration. I don’t see myself purchasing this product, as I prefer to use antiperspirants.

This product sucks

This product sucks. It applies like margarine and lasts maybe a hour. The scent makes my b/o smell worse so I only wore this a handful of times. I am a heavy girl and I sweat a fair amount but I’m allergic to aluminum so if you’re like me don’t buy this.

Smells amazing

I tried this because I had a coupon. I normally don't like Lavender scented products but maybe it's the essential oils because the smell is lovely. I normally would use an antiperspirant, but since working from home I don't have to worry about embarrassing damp armpits.

Smells nice, will not purchase again

I was really excited to find an affordable aluminum free deodorant, however I was disappointed by the effectiveness. The lavender and lemon make a great scent after application, but this fades quickly and does not prevent any sweating or body odour from being masked

This deodorant is my absolute all time favourite! It smells so amazing and I don’t have any issues with it leaving white streak marks like other brands do!

Safer and just as effective.

I am so happy that the tide is turning on traditional deodorants that contain aluminum and other harmful ingredients! Even happier that industry leaders like Secret are really starting to prioritize natural ingredients in their personal hygiene products.

I have used a few other 'natural' deodorants in the past. One thing I love about them is that they tend to have unique, more natural scents, and Secret with Essential Oils is no different. The scent I tried is Orange + Cedar, and it smells wonderful! It boasts 24-hour protection, and my experience seems to support that claim. I never noticed any bad underarm odor, even when I skipped application the second day. This Secret deodorant is free of parabens, aluminum, dyes, talc, and alcohol, and it was more effective than most other deodorants I have used. Great job, Secret!

One thing I love about the packaging is that the ingredient list has a list of all the simple names of the ingredients. For example, "cyclodextrin" is listed as an ingredient, but in the "Simple Name"column, it says "Odor-absorbing starch". It's just cool to be able to read and understand not only WHAT is in my deodorant, but also WHY and WHAT that stuff does. That is certainly something I have never seen on other deodorant packaging.

I am really enjoying this deodorant. I feel I can trust it to protect me from odor...WITHOUT endangering my health! That's the overall theme of this product: transparency and trust. The only criticism I have is that, while it is marketed for women, the scent is not necessarily very feminine, at least not to my nose. I do like the scent, but I feel it is a bit masculine. Not really a problem for me--I often wear men's colognes!--but I kind of prefer softer, slightly girlier scents for my underarm products. Just a personal preference. I will definitely recommend this deodorant to other women (and men), and I'll be checking out the other scents Secret with Essential Oils has to offer. Thank you, Secret, for bringing an affordable natural deodorant we can feel good about using to the deodorant aisle!

I love Secret Deodorant with Essential Oils Lavender & Lemon!

I feel confident knowing it has 48 hour sweat and odor protection!

Also, it keeps the skin soft which prevents any irritation from shaving!

I use Secret because it’s from a brand I know and trust!

Smell so good, free from junk

I have been wanting to try a natural/aluminum free deodorant forever and when I smelled this one I was sold! It’s from a brand I already trust to make a product that I can trust. The smell is SO lavender (it’s from lavender and lemon essential oils) which is one of the reasons I love it, it goes on smooth and it’s really nice to not have to worry about aluminum or talc. I did find it loses some effectiveness if you’re sweating a lot but I’ve heard that goes away after time!
