I've never been a fan of gel deodorants/antiperspirants, mainly because they don't seem to be as effective as the solid bar ones. This product did nothing to change my mind on this.

First, while the scent of the gel was quite peasant and kept odour under control it did nothing to prevent me from perspiring and getting my shirts wet.

Second, the recommended amount is 2-3 clicks on the dial but doing this used up quite a bit of product - and any less was never enough! So the product only lasts maybe 2 months tops. So you end up purchasing it way more often than other non-gel types.

So overall I wouldn't recommend this product.

When it comes to deodorant, I typically use "invisible" solid sticks and I tend to choose coconut or fruity scents. I haven't really used clear gel formulas before, and I must admit I was a bit skeptical about how well it would perform compared to the solid formulas, especially since I exercise (read:sweat) a lot. I put my Secret Outlast Clear Gel in La La Lavender to the test this past weekend when I went to the gym. I was really surprised by how fast and clear the deodorant dried. Also, I could not get over how fresh the scent was - I absolutely loved it. For some reason I expected the lavender scent to smell old and stuffy but it was quite citrus-y and subtle. After running for a half hour and doing weights, I could still smell the deodorant working! After I got home from the gym, my boyfriend even commented on how good I smelled. I really did not think I would ever switch from solid deodorant, but this Secret Outlast Clear Gel has really proven itself and I have officially converted to a clear gel user! I absolutely love this product!

I dont' usually use gels but this one is an absolute must. It dries super fast and not once did it feel sticky.

The moisture printing several minutes after application is very unpleasant.

I buy this every time I find it . Wonderful light smell. It lasts and very reasonable priced.

I am truly amazed by the wonderful scent of lavender, the smooth application and also, the long lasting feeling of dryness. There's no residue on the clothing and there seems to be a consistent level of effectiveness. I am concerned with the price and am not sure I want to spend so much on Deodorant/anti-perspirant. I checked the pharmacy next to my place, it sells for $5.49 regular price. When on sale, it fares better value, but not sure I want to spend so much on only 48 grams of product.

My overall satisfaction of the product is very good, but the amount of product for the price, truly disappointing. The price is really the bummer for me with this product. I would rather stick to my regular brand, but I might buy it on occasion for a change here and there, if it does drop in price more often.

I have been using ooh la la for a week now! I ABSOLUTELY love it! Smells great, and keeps me dry! And smelling fantastic! I have been struggling to find deo that does not effect my eczema, and this one so far has been great! No itching!!

Not being a huge fan of clear gels and also being prone to migraines from the scent of Lavender, I was weary of testing this product.
However, I really wanted to give it a shot.
I am definitely impressed by the promised benefits from Secret and following through with them.
I wear a lot of darker clothing (blazers, tank tops etc) so no streaking and no white residue was my personal favorite aspect of this antiperspirant. I also love that I felt no need to reapply half way through the day, as I tend to do with other products.
Secret Outlast Scent Expressions also does not leave a sticky residue behind. Which to me is just amazing, as almost every clear gel antiperspirant I have tried, has. That in itself could be a huge selling point (especially during those hot, sweaty seasons!).
The Lavender scent was not overbearing and I was very thankful for that. I fully intended on having a migraine that day once the Lavender scent kicked in, but...It didn't happen. It definitely is a major turn off when your antiperspirant scent is just as strong as your perfume scent. Secret has done a great job with combining a mild tone and staying true to their promises.
Will I purchase this product in the future? Most likely no. But only because I have a personal favorite already...From another Secret antiperspirant line :)
I would definitely recommend this product for those who love the clear gels. There were absolutely no "cons" I could find in this product!
