This package of Carribbean Style was a sample. It contains whole grain and red rice, red beans, bell peppers sand corn. Its quick and easy to prepare. 90 minutes in the microwave. Done. Very tasty and filling.

Best basmati

I have tried the organic basmati rice and the little packages are great for just the two of us. They are really fast and easy to make and they taste great! I recommend them if you need to get Supper ready fast. They are very nutritious.

I am a huge fan of rice. This is my new go to rice for side dish. Fast and delicious with out even using any dishes to make! Comes in. Variety of different flavors for pairing with any other food item

Tried making it in the microwave, tasted & smelled like the packaging. Would not recommend. Tasted disgusting. Rice stuck together in balls, not fluffy

Not As Expected

I purchased a package of Seeds of Change Indian Style Pilau, and I was really looking forward to it. When it came time to cook, I realized that they were not raw grains of rice, but already cooked. Two tablespoons of water were to be added, then simply heat and serve. Because it was already cooked, it only yielded a small quantity. The taste was not as I expected, as it was rather bland, and the chick peas were a very unappealing brown colour. The cost for this small amount of rice was quite high. If this is what organic means, I would rather not have it, and I certainly do not recommend it.

I purchased this rice because I wanted something healthier than white rice. The flavour was fantastic however the 3.99 price was a little steep but definitely worth it

I love the convenience of these rice packs and particularly love the Spanish rice with quinoa blend. So delicious, nutritious and reasonably priced. As another reviewer wrote, these are always in my pantry!

I recently found this brand on Facebook and was offered a Free product coupon for voting in a contest. I was absolutely thrilled with the quality of this product. I have since purchased other flavors and some I love more than others, but overall theses are going to be in my pantry.

I find a lot of microwaveable rice tastes over done and smells funny. Seeds of change comes out wonderfully cooked and smelling lovely every time!
