Would not purchase,

Tried making it in the microwave, tasted & smelled like the packaging. Would not recommend. Tasted disgusting. Rice stuck together in balls, not fluffy

Not As Expected

I purchased a package of Seeds of Change Indian Style Pilau, and I was really looking forward to it. When it came time to cook, I realized that they were not raw grains of rice, but already cooked. Two tablespoons of water were to be added, then simply heat and serve. Because it was already cooked, it only yielded a small quantity. The taste was not as I expected, as it was rather bland, and the chick peas were a very unappealing brown colour. The cost for this small amount of rice was quite high. If this is what organic means, I would rather not have it, and I certainly do not recommend it.
