Won't buy again

I love the idea of this product even the color as I received this product in purple for Christmas. I was so excited to try this out until I seen in very small print on the package that you needed a LED lamp to use this. So dissapointed. I tried to use it with out the lamp, epic fail. It would dry at all. :(
*** note in the picture, under the black naiploish bottle on the box you see where they tell you to use a LED lamp***** :(
