Received this Sensational Gel Top Coat in my Christmas Stocking this year - and it's Matte Finish!! Yay! It's the first time I have used a Matte Finish Gel Polish and I love it! It turns any LED/UV Cured polish to a beautiful matte finish. Definitely will be purchasing more. Priced about the same as my usual Gel Red Carpet polishes too - $13.00 a bottle Canadian and available at London Drugs.
