This is a waste of money. You get less toothpaste for more money, all while getting the same results as regular Sensodyne toothpaste. The gel always 'jucks-up' on the nozzle and you have to rinse the crusties off. It's kind of gross actually.

I use Sensodyne all the time for my sensitive teeth. But this Iso-active foaming gel is too expensive and annoying to switch from the regular tube of Sensodyne. The nozzle on the iso-active ALWAYS has some gel that has oozed out after the last use and hardened. I have to wipe it off every time I want to brush my teeth! It's like toothpaste boogers! Gross! I don't notice much different between the original, less expensive Sensodyne paste and this gimiky foaming gel. NOT WORTH the money or hassle.

This product works just like any other toothpaste but for a higher price tag. I like sensodine but I can get the same effects with a tube of toothpaste. I thought I would love this product as I dont have to remember to put the lid in the tube but instead it leaks out after every use, so when you go to use it next time there is crusty tooth paste all over it. Very disappointed!

I like Sensodyne, this toothpaste really helps with sensitive teeth..
The iso-active toothpaste has a different texture that is claimed to turn into a "microfine foam during brushing, penetrating hard to reach areas to thoroughly clean the whole mouth and soothe the nerve". I can tell that the foam that is formed is thinner, but if that helps on cleaning hard to reach areas, that I don't know.
Actually I bought this product instead of the regular Sensodyne that I am used to because of the packaging. That turned out to be a big disappointment. The idea is good though - it comes on a neat pump. However, the pump leaks and makes the whole thing all messy. The cap gets full of toothpaste in just a few uses and the nozzle eventually gets blocked with dried product. Very sad and not worthy the price.

I have used Sensodyne in the past, and I liked it, but there are other sensitivity toothpastes now that have other features (like whitening) that are just as good and less expensive. But I saw this new Sensodyne (and had a coupon) so I gave it a try. Even so, it was still more expensive, and I didn't find it to be worth the money.
Unfortunately, I can't say that I like this product very much. It's in a can (like shaving cream), not a tube, and for some reason I find it awkward to get the toothpaste onto my brush. Also, it's main feature is that it foams up while brushing to "penetrate hard to reach places," but I find the frothy texture in my mouth unpleasant. It also leaves a strange aftertaste in my mouth.
Personally, I wouldn't buy this again.
