I started using Sensodyne when my friend suggested it. I don't really have sensitive teeth, but apparently it is better to use Sensodyne at night. I got the baking soda and whitening ones. After many months of using it, I don't notice that my teeth has had any whitening effects. However, I do like the toothpaste itself. I don't like the price though - it is usually on the higher end as compared to other toothpaste.
