I bought this in a set of three from sephora to try out some of their face masks, this mask was made to reduce signs of fatigue and give off a stress free and rested appearance, if i had a bad sleep, i'll use this about 30-60 minutes before i get ready for work and i look and feel so much more fresh afterwards
