Amazing Clear Basecoat

I use the OPI base coat on my bare nails before I paint them. It does not make my nails yellow but protects them and makes them stronger. It goes on clear and dries quickly. It is not sticky but a nice consistency. I have been using OPI for many years and absolutely love the quality of their products.
