Well, first off, there's nothing “neutral” about this shade, peony, it's actually a beautiful dark rosy pink. Secondly, I just can't get pass the scent and technically taste. Trust me I'm not licking my lips, but somehow this stuff gets in my mouth! It smells, potential floral, it's an odd scent and taste it brutal and nasty, no clue what it is. I'm not sure if a “lip ink” should stain my lips but it doesn't. When you put it on it looks gorgeous! It dries and looks ok, they you eat or even just press your lips together and it become blotchy and it's downhill from there.
