Having insomnia and trying a bunch of different prescribed many medications over the years but nothing was working. I could list them all but not to shame them. I was hesitant that this would work but figured getting it at a discount price for an honest review, I really didn't have anything to lose. I tried one the first night and didn't really feel it helped, so the next night I tried taking 2. I had the best sleep I have had in over 7 years.
