I am kind of sad that this was only the first book I picked up by Klosterman. I can't wait to read more! He is an awesome, witty writer and this book puts so much about pop culture in a humorous and satirical perspective. Highly recommended!

Chuck Klosterman is one of the most amusing writers that I have ever encountered. This book was recommended to me by a friend. I read a paragraph and immediately went out to get my own copy. When it first came out it sold out really fast.

Klosterman talks about postmodern America in his own way that constantly has me in stitches. He makes fun of things like Coldplay and The Sims adn gets you to think of things a little differently. I love how he talks about Saved By The Bell- it kills me. This is a great look at the world through sarcastic eyes. Reading this book has made me want to get into more of his writtings, like Fargo Rock City. I can't wait to read more of his works.
