J'ai consommé le Shakeokogy pendant 3 mois. Bien que le goût est très bon ( saveur choco vegan), je ne trouve pas avoir observé les résultas attendu. On me promettait une hausse d'énergie, une diminution des fringales, une plus belle peau et cie.. Je n'ai rien trouvé de tout ça. Également, ce shake ne soutient pas longtemps... Il faut absolument le mélanger à d'autres aliments. Il est bien comme collation. Le prix est vraiment cher, ce n'est pas beaucoup de personnes qui peuvent se permettre une dépense aussi élevée à chaque mois.

Delicious, it's a bit expensive and you have to buy it in large quantities but it's worth it.
Add the chocolate powder it to frozen bananas to make chocolate banana ice cream. Perfection.

Tastes chalky, sweetened with Stevia, which....I cannot stand the taste of stevia.
In effective for a "meal replacement" or "snack" because i STILL have to eat after.
Does not help with my energy.
Have been contemplating throwing out the bag i have, but it's SO expensive that i dont want to waste it.

Pros: Amazing taste, makes you feel full after and lots of protein
Cons: price, difficult to get (eg. only from their website or a coach)

Super Costly but its got a great ingredient list. I love the chocolate flavor blended up with a banana.

The first 21 days I have taken shakeology I lost 8 pounds. It has been quite hard to lose weight since I had my son but Shakeology with its workout videos and portion planning has done wonders. I can't wait to continue with the program. It is very pricey though!! It's hard to spend the money every month and I may cancel the subscription.

Initially it's hard to spend the amount of money because it's one payment, but broken down this is a great product. Tastes great!

Ok so my entire life I've been super active and had, if I do say so myself, a pretty awesome body. Well then I had 3 kids. I never knew how hard it would be to get my body back. My husband quickly noticed and started commenting and then so did friends and family. Of course I immediately ordered more! I lost 6 inches on my stomach, hips, and thighs after 3 weeks. I love this stuff, but it is incredibly pricey! I still gave it a high star rating as I truly felt better while drinking it, but for the price, Vega is just as good. I tried this along with the 21-fix program. I lost 10 pounds, so it worked! But in order to achieve results with Shakeology, you need to have a solid workout routine established as well.
