I don't recommend this vacuum or this company. My vacuum was okay, not great, but okay. It didn't last very long on a single charge, took a long time to charge, and had to be unplugged as soon as it finished charging. Then the charger got destroyed and I ordered a new one. Shark kept sending me chargers for a different model and insisting they were compatible, but suddenly my vacuum won't charge. It was fine before, nothing changed with the vacuum. They insist that the vacuum is broken and I'll have to pay for a repair. No thanks!
